Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how „BEE FRIEND" Ltd ("we") delivers products to customers who purchase through O2ODDS. All our products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment.

What you receive

For every product you purchase, you receive:

• A unique license activation key tied to the email address you provided at checkout;
• Download links for the MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and cTrader versions of the purchased advisor;
• A PDF installation guide covering all three platforms;
• A quick-start configuration guide with recommended default parameters;
• Access to email support for setup and installation questions.

When you receive it

Delivery is automatic upon successful payment confirmation:

• Typical delivery time: within minutes of payment confirmation, delivered by email.
• Maximum delivery time: up to 24 hours in the case of payment verification delays, weekend transactions, or third-party payment processor holds.
• Business days: our automated delivery system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Manual review, when required, takes place during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 EET).

How you receive it

Delivery is made by email to the address you provide at checkout. You will receive:

1. An order confirmation email immediately after payment;
2. A delivery email containing your license key, download links, installation guide, and quick-start guide, once payment is confirmed;
3. Access to your customer account where you can re-download the software and re-view your license details at any time (available from Phase 2 of our platform rollout).

Please add support@o2odds.com and any @o2odds.com addresses to your email whitelist to ensure our messages are not filtered into spam.

If you don't receive your delivery

If you have not received your license and downloads within 24 hours of successful payment:

1. Check your spam and promotions folders;
2. Confirm the email address on your order was entered correctly;
3. If it still hasn't arrived, contact support@o2odds.com with your order reference. We will re-send delivery within one business day.

If we are unable to deliver your product for reasons on our side, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.

License activation

Each license activates the first time the advisor is loaded onto a chart in your trading platform. During activation, the advisor sends the license key and your MetaTrader or cTrader account number to our license server, which returns confirmation of validity.

License limits (the number of trading account numbers the license may be bound to) are documented on the product page. If you need to move a license to a new account, contact support.

Updates

Product updates are included with your lifetime license at no additional cost. When we release an update, we will email active license holders with download links.

Territory

Because delivery is electronic, we deliver to customers in any jurisdiction where the purchase and use of automated trading software is lawful. It remains your responsibility to confirm that our products are permitted in your jurisdiction before purchasing.
